CASBAR KENNEL
CASBAR Top Winning Afghan Hounds and Chinese Cresteds Champion Casbar-Mezra Color Me Bad, is pictured here, handled by Barb, winning the 50th Anniversary Specialty Show of the Afghan Club of California, under Judge Dave Frey.

'Sherman' is our current Specials dog.

'Sherman' has won 8 Bests In Show and 3 Bests in Specialty Show to date, with over 50 Group Firsts.
'Cinnamon,' Ch. Casbar Sugar-N-Spice, was last shown in the Summer and Fall of 1998, when as a Veteran, she won 2 more Bests In Specialty Show, proving that old show dogs just keep on showing - and winning - if they have the right stuff!

Cinnamon holds the Record for the All-Time Top Specialty Show Winning Afghan bitch. She is also a multiple Best In Show winner.

Our First Multiple Best In Show and Best In Specialty Show winning Afghan, and the dearest to our hearts, was Ch. Yucatan Knight Vision - 'Samantha.' Samantha won Best In Specialty Show at the Afghan Club of America National Specialty, along with many other BISS and BIS triumphs.
Last, and in some ways least - though don't let Him hear you say it (!) is our Multiple Best in Show and Multiple National Best In Specialty Show winning Chinese Crested, Ch. Razzmatazz Barberry - 'Pompey.'

Pompey holds the Record for the first Male Hairless Best In Show Winner in history. And though he looks a bit out of place among the Afghans, his intelligence and personality definitely put him at the top of the heap.
